Which hiring package should I choose?
Compare current prices, duration, job limits, visibility, candidate access, and included tools on the Pricing page. Choose based on your expected hiring volume and workflow needs.
How do I post a vacancy?
After account and package activation, use the recruiter dashboard?s job-posting tools. Review the complete Post a Job guide before submitting.
Why might a job be rejected?
HerJobsBD may reject unclear, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, expired, unauthorized, or suspicious vacancies. Posts must comply with recruiter terms and applicable employment and privacy requirements.
How long will a job remain active?
The validity period depends on the selected package and settings shown when the vacancy is created. Check the package description and recruiter dashboard for the applicable dates.
Can I request a cancellation or refund?
Eligibility depends on activation and usage. Review the Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are completed within 7-10 working days after a complete valid claim is received.
How may I use candidate information?
Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment relating to the relevant vacancy. Do not sell, publish, reuse, or disclose it for unrelated purposes. Keep access limited to authorized hiring personnel.
