HerJobsBD is an online job and recruitment platform that connects job seekers with recruiters, employers, organizations, and career-related opportunities.

The platform may allow users to create accounts, publish profiles, post jobs, apply for jobs, communicate through the platform, access career services, purchase recruitment-related services, and use other features made available from time to time.

HerJobsBD acts as a platform provider. We do not guarantee employment, hiring, interview selection, candidate performance, recruiter response, job availability, business results, or any specific outcome from using the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of HerJobsBD, including but not limited to:

• Website visitors
• Job seekers
• Recruiters, employers, companies, and organizations
• Partners, agencies, or service users
• Any person accessing or using HerJobsBD services

Additional policies or service-specific terms may apply to certain features, paid services, recruiter packages, job seeker services, events, campaigns, or partnerships.

You must be legally capable of using online services and entering into agreements under applicable law.

If you are using HerJobsBD on behalf of a company, employer, recruiter, agency, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to represent that entity.

You agree not to use HerJobsBD if you are legally restricted from doing so or if your account has previously been suspended or terminated for violating our policies.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and while using the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, transfer your account, or allow another person to use your account without authorization.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact HerJobsBD immediately.

If you use HerJobsBD as a job seeker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal, educational, employment, experience, and contact information.
• Upload only resumes, documents, photos, and other content that are truthful and belong to you.
• Apply only for jobs that you are genuinely interested in or qualified for.
• Communicate professionally with recruiters, employers, and HerJobsBD representatives.
• Avoid false claims, misleading information, fake qualifications, impersonation, scams, harassment, or abusive behavior.
• Keep your profile and contact details updated.
• Use the platform only for lawful job search, career, and employment-related purposes.

HerJobsBD may review, restrict, suspend, or remove job seeker accounts or content if we believe there is misuse, false information, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

If you use HerJobsBD as a recruiter, employer, company, organization, or hiring representative, you agree to:

• Provide accurate company, recruiter, contact, and billing information.
• Post only genuine, lawful, and clear job opportunities.
• Avoid misleading job descriptions, fake vacancies, hidden conditions, deceptive salary claims, or fraudulent hiring activity.
• Communicate professionally with job seekers.
• Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes.
• Comply with applicable employment, labor, privacy, anti-harassment, and anti-discrimination laws.
• Not misuse the platform to collect personal data, promote unrelated services, run scams, or contact users for non-recruitment purposes.
• Pay applicable fees on time for any paid services, subscriptions, job posting plans, recruiter packages, promotions, or other paid features.

HerJobsBD reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend, remove, or disable any recruiter account, company profile, job post, campaign, or paid service if it violates our policies, appears suspicious, harms users, or affects platform trust and safety.

Visitors may browse publicly available parts of the website. By using the website, visitors agree not to misuse the site, copy content without permission, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt website functionality, scrape data, or use the platform for harmful, illegal, or misleading purposes.

Users may submit, upload, publish, or share content through HerJobsBD, including resumes, profiles, job posts, company information, images, documents, messages, comments, and other materials.

You confirm that:

• You own or have permission to share the content you submit.
• Your content is accurate and lawful.
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights.
• Your content does not contain harmful, offensive, illegal, discriminatory, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent material.

By submitting content to HerJobsBD, you grant HerJobsBD a non-exclusive right to use, display, store, process, reproduce, modify, and share such content as necessary to operate, promote, improve, and provide the platform and services.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You must not use HerJobsBD to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Post fake jobs, fake profiles, fake resumes, or false information.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
• Share offensive, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Upload viruses, malware, harmful code, or disruptive files.
• Attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or damage the platform.
• Collect user information without permission.
• Sell, rent, transfer, or misuse candidate or recruiter data.
• Impersonate another person, company, recruiter, or organization.
• Use HerJobsBD for spam, fraud, phishing, scams, or unrelated promotions.
• Interfere with the safety, reputation, or normal operation of the platform.

HerJobsBD may take action against any account, content, or activity that violates these Terms.

HerJobsBD may allow recruiters to post jobs and job seekers to apply for opportunities. However, HerJobsBD does not guarantee that:

• A job post will result in applications.
• A job seeker will receive an interview or job offer.
• A recruiter will find suitable candidates.
• A job post, company, recruiter, candidate, or opportunity is fully verified unless specifically stated.
• Communications between users will lead to any employment or business result.

Users are responsible for verifying information before making employment, hiring, interview, payment, relocation, or contractual decisions.

Job seekers should not pay recruiters or third parties unless the payment is clearly lawful, disclosed, and verified. Recruiters must not demand illegal, deceptive, or undisclosed payments from job seekers.

HerJobsBD may offer paid services, including recruiter subscriptions, job posting packages, featured listings, promotional services, career services, advertising, partnership opportunities, or other paid features.

By purchasing a paid service, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and service costs.
• Provide accurate billing and payment information.
• Follow the specific terms of the package or service you purchase.
• Understand that pricing, features, availability, and package terms may change from time to time.

Access to paid services may be suspended or terminated if payment is failed, delayed, disputed, reversed, or found to be fraudulent.

Refunds, cancellations, credits, or adjustments for paid services are subject to HerJobsBD’s applicable refund policy, package terms, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for completed, activated, used, published, delivered, or partially delivered services may not be refundable.

HerJobsBD may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

By using HerJobsBD, you agree that we may contact you through email, phone, SMS, website notifications, platform messages, or other available communication channels regarding:

• Account activity, job applications, recruiter services, and service updates.
• Security alerts, payment or billing issues, and support requests.
• Promotional, partnership, career-related, or policy-related updates.

You may manage certain communication preferences where such options are available.

Your use of HerJobsBD is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect, use, process, store, and share information as described in the Privacy Policy, including account information, employment information, browsing information, cookies, and service-related data.

Job seekers understand that information shared in their profiles, resumes, applications, or platform activity may be viewed by recruiters, employers, or relevant parties depending on platform settings and services.

Recruiters agree to handle candidate information responsibly, confidentially, and only for legitimate hiring or recruitment purposes.

HerJobsBD may include links, content, tools, payment gateways, integrations, advertisements, or services provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, actions, products, or content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies.

All HerJobsBD branding, website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, platform features, layouts, and original content are owned by or licensed to HerJobsBD unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use HerJobsBD intellectual property without written permission.

Users retain ownership of their submitted content, but grant HerJobsBD the rights needed to operate and provide the platform.

HerJobsBD may update, improve, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website, services, pricing, features, packages, content, or functionality at any time.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, or system.

HerJobsBD may suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts, job posts, profiles, access, or services if we believe that a user has:

• Violated these Terms.
• Provided false or misleading information.
• Misused the platform.
• Failed to pay applicable fees.
• Engaged in fraud, spam, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Created risk for users, HerJobsBD, or the platform.

Users may also stop using the platform at any time. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, operational, or business purposes.

HerJobsBD provides the platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not make any guarantee regarding job placement, hiring results, candidate quality, recruiter reliability, employer response, income, business success, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

Users are responsible for their own decisions, communications, hiring processes, applications, agreements, payments, and interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HerJobsBD, its owners, employees, representatives, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial loss arising from the use of the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of job opportunity, loss of business, hiring disputes, candidate disputes, payment issues, third-party actions, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or user misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold HerJobsBD harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your submitted content.
• Your interaction with other users.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Your misuse of candidate, recruiter, company, or platform data.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by law.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the website, platform services, user accounts, payments, job posts, applications, or user activity shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

HerJobsBD may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the effective date on this page.

Your continued use of the website or services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
